We specialize in flexible packaging, mainly doypacks, 3-side seal pouches, and side gusset bags, suitable for cosmetics, food, home care, pharma, and more.

Do you offer eco-designed packaging?

Yes. We develop mono-material, recyclable solutions designed for a circular economy.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ starts at 5,000 units per design, which is ideal for SMEs and new brands.
👉 However, if you have a project with smaller quantities, feel free to contact us: we may evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis, especially for tests, launches or limited editions.

Can the packaging be customized?

Yes, all our packaging is customizable: size, shape, cap, zip, design, finish, etc. We also offer a "Design" service to support you in creating your packaging.

Do you make prototypes before production?

Yes. Depending on the offer selected, we create visual mock-ups or functional prototypes before launching production.

What are your production lead times?

It depends on the project, but on average:

Prototyping: 2 to 7 days
Production: 8 to 10 weeks after final BAT approval

Where is your packaging manufactured?

All our packaging is designed and manufactured in France, at our facility in La Ferté Bernard, Sarthe.

Where do your packaging materials come from?

Our raw materials come mainly from France, with the rest sourced within the European Union. We work with partners selected for their quality, traceability, and environmental commitment.

What materials does Sealester offer?

We offer materials suited to different uses and recyclability levels:
